LIMITED WARRANTY
- Forespar Products Corporation warrants all products manufactured by
it to be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal
use with and with normal maintenance for a period of thirty six (36)
months from the date of the initial retail sale* The Limited Warranty
is extended only to the original purchaser and does not run to any subsequent
purchaser. Proof of purchase is required.
- It is a condition of this Limited Warranty that the product has been
given reasonable care, and that damage has not resulted from improper
installation, accident, negligence, misuse including undersized for
performance required or from unauthorized alterations.
- All claims under this Limited Warranty must be made directly to Forespar
Products Corporation at the address set forth within thirty (30) days
after discovery of the defect. Forespar Products Corporation may require
any product to be returned to its factory for examination, transportation
charges prepaid.
- The obligations of Forespar Products Corporation under this Limited
Warranty are limited to repairing or replacing such products which shall
be determined by Forespar Products Corporation to have been defective
in materials or workmanship. Forespar Products Corporation does not
under any circumstances assume responsibility for any incidental or
consequential damages incurred in connection with the use of its products.
- Forespar Products corporation reserves the right to improve its products
through changes in design and material without incurring any obligation
to incorporate such changes in products already completed or in the
hands of purchasers.
- EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES: This Limited Warranty is in Lieu of al other
express Warranties, and shall expire thirty six (36) months from the
date of initial retail sale. Any implied Warranty, including the Warranty
of Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, is limited
to the duration of this Limited Warranty.
- Some states do allow limitations on how long an implied Warranty lasts
or the exclusion of incidental or consequential damages, so the above
limitations or exclusion may not apply to you. This Warranty gives you
specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which vary
from state to state.
- The following items are excluded from this warranty: Spar Systems
and Electrical Bulbs (mast lights and strobe lights).
*Some products are subject to limitation of warranty duration and are
so identified in the product description.
