How to get to 1-1/8” hose on 1”, 1-1/4” or 1-1/2” seacocks and valves

Forespar® now makes a 1-1/2” female thread to 1-1/8” hose barb tailpipe in Marelon®. Our part is #905015. This straight barbed tailpipe can be used on any of our MF 850 1” through 1-1/2” valves or Integrated Plumbing System valves with the same sizes female tops.

Here’s how:

If you have a 1” valve use #901047 MTC 24-16 1” to 1-1/2” male threaded adaptor (page 51, 2002 catalog) and attach the #905015 1-1/8” tailpipe to the 1-1/2” male threads.

If you have a 1-1/4” valve use #901048 MTC 24-20 1-1/4” to 1-1/2” male threaded adaptor and attach the #905015 1-1/8” tailpipe.

If you have a 1-1/2” valve use #901049 MTC 24-24 1-1/2” male threaded adaptor and attach the #905015 1-1/8” tailpipe.

Remember to use Teflon® pipe tape on all connections.

We can also provide Vented Loops and “Y” valves with 1-1/8” barbs.
